The resort fee is USD 43 plus tax per room per night. It includes USD 18 credit at Toro Toro and USD 25 at mySpa; ask how these work and whether the room total already includes the fee.
Club in the room rate
Loft, InterContinental and Executive suites include Club Lounge access. If you plan to use it, compare the rate with a Club room before choosing a suite for that service alone.
Parking stays on the bill
Overnight parking is USD 58 plus tax for regular vehicles and USD 68 plus tax for oversized vehicles. For several nights, include it in the budget before deciding whether to hire a car.

What InterContinental Miami is

InterContinental faces Biscayne Bay, with bedrooms looking towards the skyline, port or ocean beyond the bay. Read Skyline, Partial Bay and Ocean View before choosing; the panorama in a photograph does not accompany every rate.

Suites change how you use the room too. Loft puts bedroom and sitting room on 2 levels linked by a spiral staircase; Executive adds a private gym with a Tonal machine. For a night spent enjoying the hotel, these differences matter more than the word Suite alone.
