MGM Grand spa: day pass prices, massages and what a treatment includes

The Grand Spa is MGM Grand’s spa, listed together with the Grand Salon and the fitness centre. The resort gives it 30 treatment rooms, along with saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and lounges. The salon starts an hour after the spa, at 10am, and the gym 3 hours before it, at 6am; all 3 close at 6pm. To find it from the front desk, walk through the casino towards the KÀ Theatre, turn right into The District, pass Morimoto and turn left just before the escalators. The entrance is on the left, just beyond the door to The Signature.

There are 2 ways in. A treatment brings the use of the steam room, sauna, whirlpools and lounges before and after the appointment, and the spa encourages you to take it. Without a treatment, the menu sells a One-Day Pass, with a note that its price can change with demand. Either way you show identification at the door. Inside you are given a locker, a robe and sandals. The men’s and women’s areas are clothing-optional, and there are safety deposit boxes for valuables.

Massage is priced by the day of the week. The Custom Massage costs $340 for 100 minutes from Monday to Thursday and $355 from Friday to Sunday. The Athlete’s Massage is $185 or $200 for 50 minutes, the Signature $190 or $205 and the CBD Restore $190 or $210. A scalp treatment, hot stones, aromatherapy and a hand or foot exfoliation are add-ons at $25 each. 2 massages show a Monday-to-Thursday price alone in the PDF as our reader extracted it: the Expecting Mother’s, at $170, and the Couples Custom, at $360 for 50 minutes. Whether a Friday-to-Sunday price exists for them that reading does not tell, so ask when you book. The spa does not recommend massage in the first 3 months of pregnancy.

Facials start at $170 for the 50-minute Classic from Monday to Thursday and rise to $255 for a HydraFacial, $265 from Friday to Sunday. The 2 body treatments are an 80-minute Classic Hungarian Mud Wrap, at $225 or $240, and a 50-minute Moor Body Scrub, at $175 or $190. In the Grand Salon a haircut with a blow-dry is $115 or $125, a men’s cut $55 or $65, a classic manicure $60 or $65 and a classic pedicure $85 or $90. The resort says the service charge added to every spa and salon bill is shared among the staff who served you, and that anything beyond it is at your discretion.

The rules that cost money are about time. A late arrival is not made up: the treatment still ends when it was due to, at the full price. Hotel guests can reserve the spa up to 3 months ahead and the salon up to 6. Before a body treatment, a salt scrub or a men’s facial, shave at least 4 hours beforehand or not at all, and skip massages and scrubs on sunburnt skin.

Reviews are thin on the spa. Among the 569 Google reviews of the resort collected on 1 October 2026, one guest in April 2026 called it ‘amazing’ and another in February said they had used the ‘beauty/spa’, without more. The gym is the part a room already pays for: the nightly resort fee, in the resort’s terms as read on 1 October 2026, includes fitness-centre access for guests of 18 and over, subject to availability.

The Cosmopolitan’s Sahra has a hammam and charges its hotel guests more for the day. Caesars Palace sells a 3-hour ‘Roman Passport’ to its Roman baths and welcomes visitors who are not staying. Bellagio is the one to leave for another trip: its spa is under renovation.
