Q: What does a night at a new Paris hotel cost?

At L’Aventure, a night for two is €541 on 1 November 2026,18 €644 on 15 December30 and €541 on 10 January 2027.31 These are single-night prices; taxes and fees are not specified. Google Hotels prices, 23 October 2026.

Q: Will the Raphaël reopen in 2026?

The reopening has moved to 2027.21 In February, it was still being announced for March 2026.14

Bus Palladium has opened 35 rooms above its Pigalle club; L’Aventure has 15 on Avenue Victor Hugo. D’Aubusson returned on 30 September. Coming up: the Banke Opéra, near the Opéra Garnier, expected in Q4 2026.

Your night carries on downstairs

At Bus Palladium, Caroline de Maigret chose the playlists, scents and even the uniforms.⁵ On Avenue Victor Hugo, L’Aventure’s restaurant and private club now have rooms by Vincent Darré upstairs.⁶ ¹⁰

Getting to bed may be the difficult part.

The Left Bank changes the soundtrack. D’Aubusson reopened on 30 September after 10 months of work, with jazz back at Café Laurent.⁴ ² I’d start an evening there; for a first stay worth celebrating, I’d keep Maybourne’s courtyard rooms in mind.⁸

The opening dates have been round the block. Bus Palladium was expected in January,¹¹ L’Aventure on 9 February and then the 12th,¹² ¹³ and the Raphaël in March.¹⁴ Banke Opéra, in its 1907 bank building, has moved from Q3 to Q4 2026.¹⁵ ³

Hôtel d’Aubusson

Saint-Germain-des-Prés, 33 Rue Dauphine · open since 30 September 2026.⁴ I’d come for Saint-Germain-des-Prés and keep an afternoon free to come back for a swim.²

Bus Palladium

Pigalle, 6 Rue Pierre Fontaine · open since 10 April 2026.⁵ Studio KO rebuilt the rooms with concrete ceilings, cork walls and pink carpeting.⁵ For a night out that ends at your own front door.

L’Aventure

Étoile, 4 Avenue Victor Hugo · open since 3 March 2026.⁶ I’d choose it for a late night in Paris; for the monument outside the window, I’d ask for the Suite Arc de Triomphe.¹⁰

Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel

90 rooms in a 1907 bank, first converted into a hotel in 2009; after the renovation, the wellness area moves into the former vault.³ It was due in Q3 2026.¹⁵

L’Adrienne Vendôme Paris, Autograph Collection

The former Renaissance Paris Vendôme gets a new name, with 156 rooms and suites, a pool and 2 restaurants.¹⁹ ²⁰

Hôtel Raphaël

The Avenue Kléber hotel returns after its renovation.²¹ It was due in March 2026.¹⁴

Maison Rivoli Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel

Paris’s second Radisson Collection, at 126 Rue de Rivoli: 57 rooms and a medieval crypt from the 12th century.²² ²³

The Maybourne Saint-Germain

101 rooms and suites around a courtyard in the Îlot Saint-Germain, with a planned 30-metre rooftop pool.⁸

Experimental au BHV Marais

A luxury hotel above the BHV department store, looking across the Paris rooftops; the project is expected in 2030.²⁴

A Kengo Kuma and Associates building in Paris-Rive Gauche, with abundant greenery, a roof terrace and coworking space.²⁵ ²⁶

Which new Paris hotels are already open?

L’Aventure on Avenue Victor Hugo has welcomed guests since 3 March 2026;⁶ Bus Palladium opened its Pigalle hotel on 10 April.⁵ D’Aubusson returned after its renovation on 30 September.⁴

When does Banke Opéra reopen?

In Q4 2026, with 90 rooms in the former bank on Rue La Fayette.³ It was first announced for Q3.¹⁵

When will The Maybourne Saint-Germain open?

In 2027. There will be 50 suites and 51 rooms around a courtyard, with a 30-metre pool on the roof.⁷ ⁸
