The Grand Prix nights, New Year and the first days of December cost several times an ordinary night, and the 13.38% tax is not in the resort’s own figures.

The Venetian night by night, October 2026 to September 2027

2 calendars read on the same day: Google’s for the year, the resort’s own for December.

In Google Hotels’ calendar, read on 11 October 2026 for one night and 2 adults, The Venetian had a price for 302 nights between 12 October 2026 and 6 September 2027. Each figure is the lowest price Google showed for that night, with no suite named and nothing said about resort fee or tax. The median night was $492 in what remained of October and $513 in November, then $272 in December, $353 in January, about $383 in February, $325 in March, $326 in April, $456 in May, $368 in June, $230 in July and $228 in August. Over the whole reading it was $350. 83 nights had no price in the calendar: among them 18 October, 16 and 17 November, 11 and 12 December, and every night from 7 September 2027 on.

The floor is $138, shown for 16 nights: 8 between 6 and 29 December 2026, 7 between 3 and 14 January 2027, and 14 March. The ceiling belongs to another hotel altogether. Wednesday 2 December 2026 showed $3,133 and Tuesday 1 December $2,185. Friday 20 and Saturday 21 November showed $1,931 each: they are nights of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, which the resort’s offers page dates 19–21 November 2026. Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 January 2027 stood at $1,734 and New Year’s Eve at $1,582. Saturdays had a median of $479 and Fridays $402; Sundays, at about $207, were the cheapest day of the week.

The resort’s own booking calendar, opened the same day on December 2026, says what its figures hold: «best available suite and rate, includes daily resort fee, excludes taxes». It has a filter for each tower, The Venetian and The Palazzo, and neither was switched on when we read it, so each figure is the best available across both. Its cheapest December night was $182 for Tuesday 29 December, with $186 on 7 nights, 15–17 and 21–24 December. On the 8 December nights where Google showed $138, the resort showed $186 six times, $182 once and $230 once, for 6 December. At the top the 2 part company. For 2 December the resort showed $1,329 and for New Year’s Eve $804, well under Google’s lowest; for 30 November it showed $1,704 against Google’s $978. For Friday 11 and Saturday 12 December, which had no price in Google’s calendar, the resort’s own showed $1,404 and $1,329.

Take Sunday 6 December 2026 through to the bill. The resort’s $230 already holds the $55 resort fee, so the suite itself is $175. The terms give the Clark County room tax as 13.38% on the daily rate and charge the fee «plus applicable tax»; at 13.38% on both, tax is $30.77 and the night $260.77. A car adds $20 a day in self-parking or $40 with valet, and a third guest aged 13 or over adds $50 a night.

Google’s figures move between readings. On 1 October 2026 the same calendar showed $516 for Tuesday 10 November, which was $987 ten days later, and $905 for Monday 26 October, which had come down to $676. For Monday 12 October the second reading listed the sellers: the calendar’s $708 was Super.com’s price, Expedia showed $774 for what it calls a Newly Remodeled Luxury Room with one king bed, and Booking.com $954.

Guests’ Google reviews keep returning to the fee. One, in September 2026, noted a daily $62 resort fee and neither a coffee pot nor free water in the suite; another that month called the fee «pretty pointless» when its main benefits are Wi-Fi and the gym. A guest in July 2026 reports $1,000 a night, a $63 resort fee and then a $15 refreshment charge for a minibar they say they had not touched. Another July guest found $770 added at check-out after 2 nights with nothing charged to the room, and advises against valet at $40 a day. One September guest says the kiosk took a $600 holding deposit where the desk asks $150.

5 things to settle before paying

  • Stay clear of the Grand Prix nights and early December

The Formula 1 Grand Prix is dated 19–21 November 2026, and Google showed $1,064 for the 19th and $1,931 for the 20th and for the 21st; Wednesday the 18th was still $164. 16 Sunday-to-Thursday nights in December, January and March showed $138.

  • Add $55 plus tax a night, due at check-in

The Resort Fee is payable upon check-in. If you booked through another site, the FAQ says, suite and taxes are in most cases prepaid, but the daily Resort Fee and the incidental deposit are still owed at the desk.

  • 13.38% that the daily rate leaves out

Daily rates do not include the Clark County room tax. The resort’s booking calendar includes the fee and excludes taxes, so its figure is not yet the bill.

  • A first night or the whole stay, then $150

The booking deposit is the first night or the entire stay, depending on the offer, and prepaid offers are non-refundable unless they say otherwise. At check-in the incidental deposit is $150 per reservation, or $150 a day if you want to charge restaurants and shops to the suite.

  • The gym for 2, internet, calls and newspapers

The fee covers access for 2 to the fitness facility at Canyon Ranch, in-suite internet, boarding-pass printing, local and toll-free calls and the PressReader app. Breakfast is not on that list.

The suite behind the lowest figure

Newly Remodeled Luxury King Suite
Newly Remodeled Luxury King Suite

Neither calendar names a suite: Google’s gives a price, the resort’s «best available suite and rate». The FAQ puts the standard Luxury King and Luxury Two Queen suites at 4 guests at most, with a sleeper sofa in every standard suite and no rollaway beds; the suites page gives standard Luxury suites as 650 to 750 sq ft, about 60 to 70 m². For 12 October 2026 the one seller whose rooms the reading lists, Expedia, had the one-king Luxury at $774 and the 2-queen at $817. The towers and the larger suites are on the hotel page.

The Venetian, Caesars Palace or MGM Grand for the same night?

3 resorts in one calendar, on the day we read it.

On Sunday 6 December 2026, one of The Venetian’s $138 nights, Caesars Palace showed $217 and MGM Grand $109. Nights like that are the exception: of the 299 for which all 3 had a price, The Venetian was the dearest on 253 and stood below Caesars Palace on only 37. On its peak, 2 December, Caesars showed $833 and MGM Grand $402.

The 3 resort fees are close: $55 plus tax here, $54.95 plus $7.35 tax at Caesars Palace, $50 plus tax at MGM Grand. What differs is the room, since The Venetian and The Palazzo are all-suite.

The Google Hotels rows are the lowest price shown on 11 October 2026 for one night and 2 adults, fee and tax unstated. The resort’s booking calendar was read the same day: best available suite and rate across The Venetian and The Palazzo, resort fee included, taxes excluded.

The Venetian prices: your questions

Is the resort fee included in The Venetian’s prices?

In the resort’s own booking calendar, yes: it states that its pricing «includes daily resort fee, excludes taxes». Google’s calendar says nothing either way. Where a price leaves the fee out, expect $55 plus tax a night at check-in.

Which month is cheapest at The Venetian?

By median night in the reading of 11 October 2026, August 2027 at $228 and July at $230. By single nights, December 2026 and January 2027, even though both months also hold nights above $1,500.

Do The Venetian’s prices include tax?

Not the hotel’s. The terms state that daily rates do not include the Clark County room tax of 13.38%, and the booking calendar repeats that its figures exclude taxes.

How much is the deposit at The Venetian?

When you book, the first night or the whole stay, depending on the offer. At check-in, an incidental deposit of $150 per reservation, which does not open charging to the suite from the resort’s outlets, or $150 a day if you want that.

Is breakfast included?

Not in the resort fee, whose list runs from the gym to newspapers, and the pages read do not put it in the daily rate. The offers page of 11 October 2026 had a $75 daily dining credit for stays of 2 nights or more.

How much is parking at The Venetian?

$20 a day to park yourself as a hotel guest, 7 days a week, and $40 a day for valet. Event rates may be in effect; Venetian Rewards Sapphire members self-park free and Ruby members have valet free.

Why did Google show no price for some nights?

The calendar does not say. For 11 and 12 December 2026, 2 such nights, the resort’s own calendar had a price on the same day, so a blank in Google is no proof that the hotel has nothing to sell.
