Source checked 4 October 2026: The Venetian, all restaurants: the list, price bands and dining FAQ

You want a serious dinner and a cheap lunch under the same roof, from a $$$$ Greek fish market to a Florentine sandwich at a $ counter, and food at any hour of the night.
The listYou want a starred dinner, a buffet or a dress code you can read before you pack: the stars are down the Strip, the only buffets are Sunday brunches, and most pages print no dress code.
Down the StripThe Venetian opened on 4 May 1999 with 15 restaurants and, unusually for Las Vegas, no buffet. 27 years and a sister resort later, it has 56 places to eat and still no permanent buffet restaurant.
The first chefs, Wikipedia records, included Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Joachim Splichal and Stephan Pyles. Sheldon Adelson, who built the resort, left out the buffet on purpose: he wanted an upmarket clientele, and said buffet-goers were not it.
Thomas Keller’s Bouchon arrived in 2004, in a room designed by Adam Tihany. TAO followed in 2005 and has ranked since as the highest-grossing independent restaurant in the United States, helped by its bar; Yardbird opened its second location here in 2015 (Wikipedia).
The Palazzo opened on 4 January 2008 with more than a dozen restaurants, LAVO among them that August. Mario Batali’s Carnevino closed in 2018; David Chang’s Majordomo took its room in 2019 and closed in 2022, when Eyal Shani moved in, and Tetsuya Wakuda opened his first American restaurant at the Palazzo the same year (Wikipedia). In 2025 José Andrés moved Bazaar Meat here from the Sahara (Neon Feast).
When the MICHELIN Guide came back to Las Vegas on 31 August 2026, no room at the resort took a star. 4 went on the list as Recommended: Bouchon, COTE, Estiatorio Milos and Mott 32 (MICHELIN). COTE’s page shows a star anyway, and its text says where it comes from: the team behind it opened the first Korean barbecue to earn one (COTE).
Hours are each restaurant’s own, read on 4 October 2026. One café never closes, so the day has no last orders.
Bouchon Bakery, Thomas Keller’s counter on the Venetian casino floor, opens at 6 and closes at 5pm (Bouchon Bakery). Grand Lux Cafe at The Venetian, near the theatre, has been open all night (Grand Lux).
BRERA Osteria halves the price of its pizzas, cocktails and wine by the glass from 2pm to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday, and until 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays, blackout dates aside (BRERA).
COTE opens at 5, with a Magic Hour from 5pm to 6pm and 10pm to 11pm, Sunday to Thursday (COTE). CUT, in the Waterfall Atrium, and Bazaar Meat, below the Palazzo lobby, open at 5pm too, earlier on Fridays and Saturdays (CUT, Bazaar Meat).
HaSalon’s DJ starts at 8, Tuesday to Saturday, and the dining room turns into a lounge (HaSalon). TAO sells 10 dishes and cocktails at $10 each in its Social Hour; its page gives 2 timetables, from 8.30pm to 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday in one place and to 10pm Monday to Wednesday in another (TAO).
Scarr’s Pizza and Turkey and the Wolf serve until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, Anita Gelato until 2am too (Via Via); Noodle Asia until 2am every night (Noodle Asia). After that, Grand Lux.
The Venetian stands at 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard South and the Palazzo, its sister tower, at 3325. None of their restaurants holds a 2026 MICHELIN star; the 4 Las Vegas restaurants that do are down the Strip, at Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan and MGM Grand.
