The new villas are unveiled
The 2 Colosseum Presidential Villas and 29 Octavius Sky Villas are unveiled for stays.1
Caesars Palace has new villas: the tower still matters when you book a room
Caesars Palace’s remodelled Colosseum Presidential Villas and Octavius Sky Villas are available in 2026. For an ordinary room, I would check the tower first: Julius and Palace have works announced for 2027. The hotel’s name alone does not tell you which room you are buying.

A new villa does not make every room new
On 16 January 2026, Caesars unveiled 2 Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower, available for stays. These are specific accommodation categories. Booking a suite elsewhere in the resort does not put you in one of them.1
The Presidential Villas have a private lift, a rooftop terrace and separate spaces for dining and entertaining. That can change the trip for a group wanting to spend time together. For 2 people, I would decide how much of that space you would actually use before requesting a quote.1
The programme continues tower by tower: Augustus was scheduled for 2026, with Julius and Palace following in 2027. Those are announced years, rather than a promise that every room is ready. Ask for the exact refurbished category and whether it can be guaranteed, then compare the rate.1

Wynn Resort Rooms and Tower Suites come with different services, so check the category.
Why choose it
For a celebration, Tower Suite Salon adds a living room, dining area and private massage room; the treatment costs extra.
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
For a terrace above the Strip, look at a Terrace category at The Cosmopolitan.
The trade-off
Fountain View is a category choice and is not included with every room.
Why choose it
Wraparound Terrace Suite Fountain View separates its indoor space from the large terrace.
