It opened on 5 February 2025 on Hathaa Finolhu in Kaafu Atoll, 11 km from the airport and 15 minutes by speedboat (PR Newswire, official site). There are 80 villas, 47 of them over the water, designed by the Turkish architect Cuneyt Bukulmez of Atolye4N after the Maldivian gedhoru hut, and the arrival jetty borrows the line of a heron in flight (PR Newswire).
Every villa has a pool: the Family Beach Pool Villa measures 209 m², the 2-bedroom villas 327 m², and the Ocean Residence 729 m², with 3 bedrooms, a spa room, a gym and a slide into the lagoon (villas, larger villas). The resort publishes no size for the one-bedroom villas.

Over the water, with 6 treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna, whirlpool and a relaxation pavilion, open from 10am to 8pm by appointment (experiences). It uses Germany’s BABOR products, a first in the Maldives; the signature treatment is Ocean Bliss (PR Newswire).
The kids’ club

The island is built and has no house reef: guests say so, and for snorkelling there are boat trips, such as the one to the nurse sharks (Tripadvisor, Google). With MIT the resort has laid a 30-metre underwater structure meant to grow into new coral habitat (official site).

On Google Hotels, read on 5 October 2026 for 2 adults and 3-night stays, the resort’s own site asked $1,640 a night from 16 November and from 7 December 2026 for a Marina Beach Pool Villa, and $1,768 from 11 January and from 8 March 2027; from 7 June 2027 the lowest price was $1,318, on Booking.com.
The calendar on the same card gives higher figures: $2,039 in November and December, $2,168 from January to April, $1,718 from May to August, peaking at $3,519 on 23 December and $3,973 on 4 January. The sellers’ figures include taxes and fees: for the stay from 7 December Booking.com’s link counts $1,662 of the $5,112 as taxes and fees, a sum that matches service, GST, green tax and the speedboat for 2 at $300 a head (official site).
