Swim beneath the glass
The 17 × 8 metre pool sits beneath a glass dome, looking over the lake and Alps. I would save the swim for the morning and the terrace for afterwards.12
Above Vevey, Le Mirador puts Lake Geneva in front of the pool and the Junior Suite Prestige terrace. For a break up here I would choose the modern wing; if you want evening walks by the lake, you will be happier down in Vevey.
A week here, month by monthI would take the funicular down to Vevey and return to Le Mirador for the pool beneath the glass, with a night for 2 from CHF 244 on 9 November 2026. If you want the lakeside on your doorstep, I would stay in town.

I would choose the modern-wing Junior Suite Prestige: 50 m² and a 20 m² terrace facing the lake and Alps. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower; I would leave some time for the bath.
From 9 to 11 November 2026 a night for 2 costs CHF 244, each taken on its own. I would start with those dates; on 9 July 2027 a single night costs at least CHF 533.
With a car, I would use the free outdoor parking; the garage costs CHF 25 per night. Pets cost CHF 35 per stay and cannot enter the spa.
From 4 November 2026, I would choose one of the 6 Gstaad gondolas for fondue, Wednesday to Sunday. Each seats at most 4; the Swiss menu costs CHF 75 per person, minimum 2.

We choose the hotels of this guide ourselves, one at a time: no one pays to be in it.
How we choose the hotelsWhat we found reading the hotel’s own pages, one thing at a time.
Guests enjoy the Lake Geneva and Alpine views and the funicular down to Vevey.
Guests like the Junior Suites for their space and terraces; others describe rooms they find dated.
Some recall a cake or other in-room touches for a special occasion; others describe long waits for a drink.
Guests enjoy the fruit and eggs cooked to order; others find the choice limited for the price.
Of 39 value comments, 7 are positive, 28 negative and 4 mixed. Critical accounts mention empty dispensers and breakfast that falls short of the price.

499 guests said so on Google, from 16 January 2021 to 15 October 2026. 499 Google texts include hotel stays, dining and spa visits. The score is the average of what they say, from 0 if they speak of it very badly to 10 if they speak of it very well. Where only a few mention something, the score stays close to the guide’s average: a handful of voices does not make a reputation.
