I would ask for an Ocean Pool Villa if the reef matters most: 22 villas of 105 m², each with a 9 m² pool and stairs from the villa straight down into the house reef.
Read on 12 October 2026, the calendar shows 7 nights at $584 to $589 each for 1–7 July 2027. The dearest week shown, 27 December 2026 to 2 January 2027, runs from $1,074 to $1,242 a night.
The resort’s site asks $420 a person, round trip, for the seaplane and $410 for the speedboat. On the Premium All Inclusive plan, the chef’s table dinner in the herb garden adds $99 a person and is booked ahead.
Ke-Un, the Pacific Rim restaurant, serves dinner on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Nonna, the Italian, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 7pm to 9pm; both pages say reservations are required.
The resort opened in 2020: a guest quoted on the official site says 8 November (official site), a British tour operator September (Travel Lab). It stands on an island of 4.24 hectares at the tip of North Malé Atoll, with 691 metres of beach, 54 km from the airport in the factsheet and 57 on the transfers page (factsheet, transfers).
Every villa measures 105 m², with a 9 m² pool, a king bed and an outdoor bathroom with a tub (Ocean Pool Villa, factsheet). The factsheet speaks of 50 villas, but the list that follows adds up to 55: 10 on the beach, 18 on the lagoon, 22 over the ocean and 5 over the reef (factsheet).
Dinner is at Noo Faru, a buffet; at Ke-Un, Pacific Rim cooking, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays; at Nonna, the Italian on Noo Faru’s first floor, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; lunch also at Spa Corner and at Ufaa, the pool bar (factsheet). With the Premium All Inclusive plan, drinks with alcohol are included until the bars close for the night (Premium All Inclusive).

Other guests swim past the Ocean Pool Villas on their way to the reef: anyone who wants more privacy should choose one of the 18 Lagoon Pool Villas (Google).
The seaplane flies in daylight only, for international flights landing between 6am and 3pm and leaving from 9am, and drops guests 3 to 5 minutes by boat from the resort; the speedboat leaves the airport until 2am (factsheet). The site asks $420 a head, return, for the seaplane and $410 for the speedboat (transfers); Booking.com says $450 and $440 per adult (Booking.com).
Outside Premium All Inclusive, spa treatments are charged, with 20% off selected ones in the first 2 days, and so is the chef’s dinner in the herb garden, $99 a head (Premium All Inclusive); the wine cellar and in-villa dining are charged too (factsheet). On Google Hotels, read on 5 October 2026 for 2 adults and 3-night stays, the cheapest seller asked $1,051 a night from 16 November 2026 for a Beach Pool Villa, $686 from 7 December, $822 from 11 January 2027, $976 from 8 March and $408 from 7 June. The resort’s own site was not among the sellers.
