Build every variation of a campaign
Write one line, choose the moments, guests, languages and channels, and Atelier lays out every piece on one canvas.
A hotel has a moment to talk about every few days, several kinds of guest and more than one language. Writing each combination by hand is the work nobody has time for. In Atelier you write the idea once and choose what to cover; Lumina builds every piece, ready to run.

Write the idea and choose what to cover
Write one line about the campaign in the box at the top of Overview. Under it, four menus choose what the campaign covers. The line below the box counts the pieces: 2 moments × 2 guest types × 2 languages × 2 channels = 16 pieces.

Build the pieces
Moments and guest types are shared across the canvas: change a guest type once and every piece written for that guest follows.
- Choose Build, with the number of pieces on the button. One build makes up to 24 pieces.
- The canvas opens with a column for each moment and a row for each guest type and language. Each brief feeds one piece per channel.
- Nothing is written yet. Read the briefs and change any of them before you run.
- Choose Run all to write every piece, or Run on a single piece.
Choose the languages
The Languages menu lists your hotel’s languages: usually its country’s language, English and the language its guests write in most. For a hotel in Ticino that can mean Italian, English and German; for a hotel in Canada, Canadian English and Canadian French.
More options and inspiration
More options opens the full campaign form, with dates, offer and other details. Under Inspiration, Atelier proposes campaigns built from your hotel, such as a campaign for one audience or a push before an event; Suggest campaigns asks for new ones. The other tabs keep Campaigns, Calendar & events, Audience Playbook and Content plans.
Change the canvas with the team
Use the box at the bottom of the canvas to ask the Concierge to build or change the atelier: add a channel, remove a language, rewrite a brief. Save as template keeps the canvas shape for the next campaign.
Common questions
Does Build start writing straight away?
No. Build lays out the canvas with every brief and piece ready. Writing starts when you choose Run all or Run on a piece.
What is the most a single build can make?
24 pieces. For more, build a second canvas, for example one per moment.
Which channels can I choose?
Article, Newsletter and Meta ad. Social posts and other formats are made in their own creation tools.
