Open Help from the affected workspace. Use the available feedback or screenshot annotation control to point at the part that needs attention.
Say what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Include the selected hotel and the content title when they are relevant.
A useful report
- Describe the task in one sentence.
- List the last few actions before the problem appeared.
- Copy the visible error or describe the incorrect result.
- Attach or annotate the relevant part of the screen.
- Remove unrelated private information before submitting.
When content is wrong
Distinguish a wrong source fact from a writing preference or a failed edit. Correct hotel facts in Property setup, lasting style preferences in Learned, and one-off instructions in the brief.
Do not include passwords, access tokens or guest personal data in feedback.
