Connect your tools
See which tools Lumina connects to today, connect them, and what to do for the ones it does not.
Connections let Lumina read how your website performs and send drafts to the tools where you publish. Each one is connected for one hotel by a person allowed to manage the hotel's workspace.
In Lumina Open Context and choose Integrations.

Connect one
If Connect is not available to you, ask the person who manages your hotel's workspace. A card that says a connection is coming soon is not open for your workspace yet.
- Open Context and choose Integrations.
- Choose Connect on the tool and sign in with the account that manages it.
- Back in Lumina, the card shows that it is connected.
What does not connect yet
Other CRMs, booking engines, property-management systems and guest-messaging tools, Revinate among them, are not connected today. Export what you need from them, such as a guest segment summary or a monthly report, and add it in Context, then Documents, or attach it in a conversation. Lumina reads it like any other document.
Common questions
Is Revinate connected?
No. Revinate and other CRMs are not connected today. Add an export from them as a document instead.
Does connecting Mailchimp let Lumina send our emails?
No. Lumina saves the newsletter in Mailchimp as a draft. You choose the audience and send it from Mailchimp.
Is there a public API?
No. Lumina connects to the tools listed on Integrations; it does not offer a public API.
